The Poms are in Season! Or should I say, Pomegranates! Well they are in Joburg! Yay! Those lovely ruby red, tangy, sweet delicious fruits are here and if you’re using a lot of them in your cooking, you’re bound to have some juice stored up in the fridge. Well, with just 1 cup of juice you can make 2 amazing dishes to use in a super dessert.
Now all you need to do, is make a glorious dessert by layering pomegranate curd between whipped cream between crushed or whole meringues topped off with a syrypy drizzle of molasses. Dig in!
