What I love about Spring, is not only the burst of colors and fragrances all around me, but also the delicious jewels hanging from the trees, begging me to pick them and pop them into my mouth for a taste explosion.  So when Mulberries make their appearance, I can’t get enough.  The only downside, is that I have purple fingers and toes for a while.  But, that’s a small price to pay for such a delicious treasure!

This is going to be the perfect treat for those lazy summer days around the pool so be sure to stock up!
