Donna Hay came up with an inventive way of using breadcrumbs to make her version of a Cheats Goats Cheese Souffle which I thought was very clever, seeing that here at Clever Leftovers we advocate keeping those old crusts for just such a situation!  So when we had some leftover chocolate cake this week – i had an epiphany – to make my version of a Cheat’s Chocolate Soufflé by turning the chocolate cake into chocolate crumbs.

It turned out yummy!

Now drop everything and eat piping hot straight out of the oven.  Just add cream, custard, ice cream  (anything creamy….)  and you’ll love every mouthful!
