Every now and again, there is some leftover brew, especially if I’ve had way too many cups. So instead of wasting this precious commodity, I save my leftover coffee and get creative. Today I’ll show you how to make coffee syrup, which in turn becomes chocolate coffee ganache, which in turn becomes a delicious topping or filling as you will see.
All things considering, I might need a cup of coffee with my Macaron 🙂 Go figure!
